Kiln-dried firewood is one of the most popular types of firewood available as a result of the incredibly low moisture content of the logs. Our bulk builders bags of kiln-dried hardwood firewood, consisting of mixed hardwood including oak, ash, hornbeam, birch, sycamore, aspen, alder and beech (mix dependant on availability of material at the time the crate is packed), these logs are widely regarded as the some of the best kiln dried logs available. Unlike seasoned firewood logs where the moisture content in the firewood varies depending on the conditions it is stored in and how long it has been drying for, kiln-dried wood eliminates any of that uncertainty, providing the perfect logs to fuel your fire.

These logs will generate a long, hot burn every time, offering extremely dry firewood that will provide consistently perfect results each time you light your fire. Each log is approximately 20cm – 25cm in length, ideal for most fireplaces and multi-fuel/wood burning stoves.

Available in either a large loosley filled builders bulk bag or an extra large loosely filled builders bulk bag.

To encourage air flow around your logs, we recommend that you store them in a raised log store or on a allet to keep your logs away from moist ground. We do not recommend stacking them up against a wall or placing them on grass, as air won’t be able to flow and the logs can become damp.

Our large bulk bags measure 90x90x85 cm and the extra large bulk bags measure 90x90x150 cm. The extra large bag has a filling skirt on top which is also fully loaded meaning that the extra large bag is roughly equivalent to two of the large bulk bags. Our extra large bag offers superior stability and safety during the delivery process as opposed to two large bulk bags stacked on top of one another, it also saves on packaging and shipping costs which are then passed on to you, the customer.

Our large bulk bags measure 90x90x85cm and weigh approximately 300kg.

These bulk bags are delivered on a burnable wooden pallet usually by an 18-tonne or a larger sized vehicle to your kerbside, therefore please ensure that you are able to accommodate and accept deliveries from vehicles of this size. Should you require a smaller vehicle for delivery, please contact us to ensure we can facilitate this for you.
