1. Return Policy

We accept returns under the following conditions:
  • Returns must be requested within 30 days from the date of purchase.
  • The items must be unused, in the original condition, and in their original packaging.
  • Return requests must be made by contacting us at sales@ruggedwinter.com to receive a Return Authorization Number (RA#).
  • The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

2. How to Return an Item

To return an item, please follow these steps:
  1. Contact us at sales@ruggedwinter.com to initiate a return and obtain your RA#.
  2. Pack the item securely in the original packaging, including any accessories, manuals, or documentation that came with it.
  3. Clearly mark the RA# on the outside of the package.
  4. Ship the item to the address provided by our customer service team. Please ensure you retain the tracking number for your return shipment.

3. Refund Policy

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets our return criteria. If the return is approved, a refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note the following:
  • Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days from the receipt of the returned item.
  • If the returned item is found to be damaged, used, or not in its original condition, we reserve the right to deny the return or offer a partial refund.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a mistake made by us (e.g., wrong item, defective item).

4. Exchanges

We do not currently offer direct exchanges. If you would like to exchange an item, please return the original item and place a new order for the desired item.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

6. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable:

  • Items marked as “final sale” or “non-returnable” at the time of purchase.
